Lawlink NI was formed in 2006 following the amalgamation of two of Northern Irelands long established and well respected law searching companies – Lee & Co and Lyttle & Co. The result is a powerful combination of over 60 years trusted experience.

For over half a century now Lawlink NI have been working closely with solicitors, financial institutions and other professional bodies to provide prompt and accurate searches on companies and individuals who have been buying, selling and remortgaging properties.

Today we provide search content to more than a third of all property transactions in Northern Ireland.

Together with our experienced staff and the use of the latest technology, Lawlink NI has become a modern office geared to the demands of a fast-moving business environment. However, we have not lost sight of the professionalism and integrity which has always been at the core of both the original firms Lee & Lyttle.  It was this reputation in the market, that led  Raymond Adams  – a County Down based law searcher – to recommend Lawlink NI to every one of his clients when he retired.
